Saratha and Ramaswamy believed that what we have can also be used for the good of others. Their lives reflected a deep sense of humanity — contributing their resources, planting trees, providing food to those who were hungry and helping people around them.
Carrying Their Values Forward
Growing up witnessing his parents’ commitment to humanity, Dr. Raja carried those values into his own life. He began noticing people around him who needed support, including individuals with the ability and desire to learn but who could not afford their education. He wanted to do something about it. One helping hand can change a life—and inspire another.
The First Steps
Small acts of kindness can create a meaningful beginning.

Extending the Circle of Care
Provided support to an orphanage through the distribution of rice bags.
Buttermilk Seva Begins
Organised buttermilk seva for people in need, using what he earned personally. The service continued year after year.
